LVPG Internal Medicine

A health care team just for you.

Welcome to LVPG Internal Medicine.   We're primary care doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses who care for people ages 16 and up. 

What's a little different about our practice is that we have a team approach -- several doctors and a nurse practitioner work together as your personal health care team.   You will still have a primary doctor or nurse practitioner, but if your provider of choice is not available, you will have the option to see another physician or nurse practitioner in the group.

Medical students and residents

All our doctors are teachers at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.   This means they regularly teach medical residents and medical students in the office.   As part of the teaching process, your doctor may ask you to also be seen by a medical resident or medical student

Because we use electronic medical records, up-to-date information about your health is immediately available to the team member you are seeing.

The right doctor for you

Our doctors are all board certified in Internal Medicine and provide comprehensive medical care to their patients.   Internists focus on adult medicine.   They care for their patients for life---from teen years through old age.   Internists have special training that focuses on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases.   They each have additional special interests, so you can choose a doctor who is a good match with your particular interests, including:

            Preventive medicine

            Caring for people 60 and over

            High blood pressure

            Musculo-skeletal conditions such as arthritis

            Skin problems

            Alternative and complementary medicine

            Women’s health
