PLEASE make your appointment at least 4 - 6 weeks before departure to insure vaccines take full effect before traveling.
Travel consultation visit includes:
- Pre-travel consultation with a physician/physician assistant includes general medical and infection prevention assessments.
- Assessment of recommended travel vaccinations and updating of all routine immunizations.
- Review of itinerary and accommodations to address required vaccinations and potential risks.
- Prescription for malaria prophylaxis.
- Completion of International Vaccine Certificate. Licensed Yellow Fever Center.
- Evaluation of returning traveler as needed.
