PLEASE make your appointment at least 4 - 6 weeks before departure to insure vaccines take full effect before traveling.

Travel consultation visit includes:

1. Pre-travel consultation with a physician/physician assistant includes general medical and infection prevention assessments.
2. Assessment of recommended travel vaccinations and updating of all routine immunizations.
3. Review of itinerary and accommodations to address required vaccinations and potential risks.
4. Prescription for malaria prophylaxis.
5. Completion of International Vaccine Certificate. Licensed Yellow Fever Center.
6. Evaluation of returning traveler as needed.
